Terms of Sale & Licence

These terms cover your purchase and use of EaseFlow, a bundle of animation plugins for Final Cut Pro, made by Josh Butcher Online (“we”, “us”). By buying or using EaseFlow, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

EaseFlow is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buying it gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the current version and future updates we release, for as long as you like. There is no recurring charge.

Requirements. EaseFlow requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or later and Final Cut Pro. The plugins install into Final Cut’s own Effects, Titles and Generators browsers and cannot be used without it. Please confirm this before buying.

What you may do

Use EaseFlow on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work, including paid client work.
Keep everything you make with it. Your work is entirely yours — we claim no rights over your projects or output.

What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute EaseFlow or your access to it.
Share your download link, licence, or account with people who have not bought it.
Reverse-engineer or decompile it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Remove or alter copyright or identifying notices.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time, though a change never affects a purchase already made. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live, unless collected at checkout.

Updates and changes

We release updates from time to time at no extra cost, and may add, change, or remove features as the software develops and as Apple’s and our other platforms move. We do not promise any specific feature will exist forever. Anything described as roadmap or coming soon is an intention, not a promise — please buy based on what EaseFlow does today.

Availability

We aim to keep an installer download available continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting and third-party platforms are outside our full control.

Warranty and liability

EaseFlow is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but cannot guarantee it is error-free or suitable for every workflow. Always keep your own backups of anything you care about.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of EaseFlow is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost work, lost time, or lost income. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the licence

Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms — for example by redistributing the software. You may stop using EaseFlow at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date, and changes are not applied retroactively to a purchase already made.
